Adam Dellos has been an entrepreneur since 2006, building and leading multiple companies — including a Managed Service firm he successfully sold in 2022.
But his journey wasn’t just about revenue or growth.
After years of scaling, hiring, and chasing success, Adam experienced firsthand what many business owners quietly endure: building something impressive on the outside while feeling trapped inside it.

It does not matter what consultants you hire if you are not doing the work on yourself. You will fight them, because you are stuck where you are and cannot see the possibility. That is why the results are not the same for everyone. This gave me access to see the possibility, so when the business coaches are coaching you on processes and systems, you can stop sabotaging them and actually implement them. I went in with no expectations. It surpassed them.

Before the course I was confused about what I wanted to do with the rest of my life, and struggling in some of my relationships. Now I can have hard conversations without the emotional intensity that used to make things worse. I had very difficult conversations with my daughters that did not turn into blow-ups. They brought us closer together. I stopped invalidating my intuition. My business partner told me he is going to start listening to it, because every time I have told him something over the last five years, it turned out to be true.
