Adam Dellos

I am Adam Dellos, and I’ve been an entrepreneur since 2006, with my Managed Service Company being my primary vocation until I sold it in 2022. Since 2018 I have started two other growing businesses with missions I am passionate about. I am a skydiving instructor, world traveler, and avid book reader. Furthermore, I continue to grow in many areas of my life and take on coaching you as a passion for passing along knowledge and experience. I want to meet you where you’re at, learn about you, and offer you all my life experiences and training. I will be of service to you and your team. Along with navigating difficult times and situations, let’s close the gap on how long it takes you to achieve your key life objectives.

Sixteen Years running Adam D Technology

I started Adam D Technology, LLC in September 2006. I grew it into a $1.2m per year business taking care of several hundred local businesses’ monthly I.T. infrastructure needs. After many months of self-exploration and deliberation, I chose to sell it in December of 2022 to pursue skydiving and other passions.

I am eternally grateful for my co-workers, my clients, and each person that contributed to my growth and business success, to become who I am today.

In 2018 Jason Allison and I started Phoenix Sky Gear, which provides the necessary skydiving gear to any new or experienced jumper. Check out our website for more information.

In 2019 I started Being In Action, and after I retired from my primary vocation of sixteen years, I am now pursuing my passion for coaching others and sharing my life experiences. Life is abundant, not scarce.

In 2021 Josh Staley and I started Adam D Creative, and we create beautiful websites like this one, along with logos, graphics, and print materials like fliers and brochures. Check out our website for more information.

family and friends

I love my family very much, and I’ve been blessed with exceptional individuals that comprise “my family.” Between my blood family and my chosen family, I’ve built a network worldwide that I cherish and invest a lot of energy into. After selling my technology business, I made it my job to take care of my well-being and cultivate deeper relationships with my family and friends.

In 2022 I set up my business to run on its own and took a 13,000-mile road trip across the country to visit my friends and family. Sadly my father passed away on the last day of my ownership at Adam D Technology in December 2022, and he could not see my retirement. Love you, Pops!

Sports

My first year playing Rugby was in 2004 for the University of Arizona. My buddy Brian invited me to practice and said, “You’re either going to love it or hate it; come on out a grab a beer with us!” After I completed my play with the U of A, I found the Tucson Magpies. Fourteen years later, with four national runs and one year of finishing fourth in the nation in the division three league, I hung up my boots (cleats) and retired from Rugby in 2018.

I go to the Rugby World Cup every four years, and it has been a magical experience each time. England in 2015, Japan in 2019, and this year in 2023, France.

Skydive instructor

My first day of skydiving was 27 June 2018, and I was immediately hooked. I was looking for a replacement for Rugby and a way to keep my mind and body sharp outside my businesses. In April 2021, I became an AFFi; in July 2021, I became a Ti; and in Oct 2021, I completed the requirements for my Pro rating.
